That he has resided during the last five years constantly in the United States
(including the three years of his minority,) and during the last year in the State of Con-
necticut. That he has behaved during said five years as a man of good moral character.
attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States, and well disposed to
the good order and happiness of the same. Whereupon he prays your Honor to take his
case into consideration, and on finding the aforesaid allegations true, to admit him to be a
citizen of the United States, according to the Acts of Congress in such case provided.
