And the said applicant now here in this Court, declares on oath, that he doth absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to every Foreign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty whatever, and particularly to Victoria, Queen of the United Kingdom of Great William, Emperor of Germany, best, King of lints; Alexander, Emperor of Russin; Oscar, King of Sweden and Norway; Leopold, King of Belgium; Christion, King of Dommark; of whom he is now a subject; and he also declares on oath, that he will support the Constitution of the United States of America.
