pear, and this Court having found to their satisfaction, that the said applicant is a free male person of lawful age, an alien, and a

as by the Record of said Court appears. And the said applicant now here in this Court, declares on oath, that he doth absolutely
and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to every Foreign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty whatever,
and particularly to Victoria, Queen of the United Kingrlom of Great Britain and Ireland: William, Emperor of Germany;
