said/county, the same being a Court of Record, with Commón Law a Clerk and a Seal,

application tó said Court, to become a citizen of the United States: And upon examination first had, it being made to

pear, and this Court having found to their satisfaction, that the said applicant is a free male person of lawful age, an alien, and

as by the Record of said Court appears. And the said applicant now here in this Court, declares on oath, that he doth absolutely
and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to every Foreign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty whatever,
and particularly to Victoria, Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Trefand, William, Emperor of Germany; Ham
