Victoria, Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland; Willinm, Emperor of Germany; Humbert, King of Itals;
Alexander, Emperor of Russia; King of Swodon and Norway; Leopold, King of Belgium; Christian, King of Demmark;
as by the Record of said Court appears. And the said applicant now here in this Court, declares on oath, that he doth absolutely
and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to every Foreign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty whatever,
and particularly to Vietoria, Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland; Willinm, Emperor of Germany; Hum
hert, King of Italy; Alexander, Emperor of Russia; Oscar, King of Swoden and Norway, Leopald, King of Christian,

of whom he is now a subject; and he also declares on oath, that he will support the Constitution of the United States of America.
