DE IT REMEMBERED, That on the
29th

in said year,
in said county, appeared said Court, the same being a Court of Record, with Common Law Jurisdiction, a Clerk and a Seal,
Michael ayan before
and made application to said Court, to become a citizen of the United States: And upon examination first had, it being made to ap-
pear, and this Court having found to their satisfaction, that the said applicant is a free male person of lawful age, an alien, and a
subject of Victoria, Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland; William, Emperor of Germany; Humbert, King
+f-Italy; Alexander, Emperor of Russia; Oscar, King of Sweden and Norway; beopold, King of Belgium; Christian, King of Denmark:
that he is now of the age of

years; that he was born in dreland,
in said Kingdom; that he has resided in the United States constantly for more than five years last past, and in said State of Con-
neeticut for more than one year last past, and that he has during all said time behaved himself as a good eitizen, has a good moral
character, and is attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States, and well disposed to the good order and happi-
ness

Victoria, Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland; William, Emperor of Germany, Humbort, King of Italy;
Alexander, Emperar of Ruesiny Oscar, King of Sweden and Norway; Leopold, King of Bolgium; Christian, King of Denmark;
as by the Record of said Court appears. And the said applicant now here in this Court, declares on oath, that he doth absolutely
and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to every Foreign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty whatever,
and particularly to Vietoria, Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland; William, Emperor of Germany; Hum
hert, King of Italsi Alexander, Emperor of Ruenia; Oscar, King of Sweden and Norway; Leopold, King of Belgium, Christian, Kine
of Denmark;
of whom he is now a subject; and he also declares on oath, that he will support the Constitution of the United States of America.
Wherefore, the said applicant is hereby, by this Court, admitted and declared to be a eitizen of the United States of
