D. 189 6 ar, BE IT REMEMBERED, That on the 24th Ict day of in county, appeared /before said Connt, the same being a Court of Record, with Common Law Jurisdietion, a Clerk and a Seal, said Timothy Hally newsbaren in said year, of and made application to said Court, to become a citizen of the United States: And upon examination first had, it being made to ap- mg pear, and this Court having found to their satisfaction, that the said applicant is a free male person of lawful age, an alien, and a subject of Victoria, Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland; William. Emperor of Germany; Humbert, King of taly; Alexander, Emperor of Russia; Oscar, King of Sweden and Norway; Leopold, King of Belgium; Christian, King of Denmark; n- that he is now of the age of 26 years; that he was born in Seland ral in said Kingdom; that he has resided in the United States constantly for more than five years last past, and in said State of Con- pi- necticut for more than one year last past, and that he has during all said time behaved himself as a good citizen, has a good moral ore character, and is attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States, and well disposed to the good order and happi- he ness of the same, It also appearing to this Court, that said appliçant did, pursuant to the laws of the United States, appear before the Clerk of the District Court within and for the County of Warester, ralegmans. on, on the 10th day of Oct. to A. D. 1892, the same being a Court of Record with Common Law Jurisdiction, to a Clerk and a Seal, and on oath did declare that it was bona fide his intention to become a citizen of the United States, and to y; renounce all allegiance and fidelity forever to every Foreign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty whatever, and particularly to Victoria, Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland; William, Emperor of Germany; Humbert of Italy; Alexander, Emperor of Renssia, Osenr, King of Sweden and Norway; Leopold, King of Belgium, Christian, King of Denmark; ly as by the Record of said Court appears.
