Nexander, Emperor of Russia; Osear, King of Sweden and Norway; Leopold, King of Belgium; Christian, King of Denmark;
as by the Record of said Court appears. And the said applicant now here in this Court, declares on oath, that he doth absolutely
and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to every Foreign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty whatever,
and particularly to Vietoria, Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland; Wiltiam,Emporor of Germany; Hum-
bert, King of Italy; Alexander, Emperor of Russia; Oscar, King of Swedenand Norway; Leopold, King of FBelgium; Christian, King

of whom he is now a subject; and he also declares on oath, that he will support the Constitution of the United States of America.
