And the said applicant now here in this Court, declares on oath, that he doth absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to every Foreign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty whatever, and particularly to Victoria, Queen of the United Kingdlom of Great Britain and Iroland; William, Emporor of Germany, H+m- Alexander, Emperor of Russia; Osear, King of Swoden anit Norway; Leopold, King of Belgiami Christian, King of Denmark; of whom he is now a subject; and he also declares on oath, that he will support the Constitution of the United States of America.
