And the said applicant now here in this Court, declares on oath, that he doth absolately and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to every Foreign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty whatever, and particularly to Vietoria, Queen of the United Kingdom of Great William, Emperor of Germany; Hnm bert, King of Italy; Alexander, Emperor of Russia; Oscar, King of Sweden nd Norway; heopold, King of Belgium; King of Denmark; of whom he is now a subject; and he also declares on oath, that he will support the Constitution of the United States of America.
