Alexander, Emperor of Russia; Osear, King of Swedon and Norway; Leopold, King of Belgium; Christion, King of Demmark;
as by the Record of said Court appears. And the said applicant now here in this Court, declares on oath, that he doth absolutely
and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to every Foreign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty whatever,
and particularly to Victoria, Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland; of Gormany; Hom-
hert, King of Italy; Alexander, Emperor of Russia; Oscar, King of Sweden and Norway; Loopold, King Christian, King
of Denmark;
of whom he is now a subject; and he also declares on oath, that he will support the Constitution of the United States of America.
Wherefore, the said applicant is hereby, by this Court, admitted and declared to be a citizen of the United States of
