as by the Record of said Court appears. And the said applicant now here in this Court, declares on oath, that he doth absolutely
and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to every Foreign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty whatever,
and particularly to Vietorin, Queen of the United of Great Britain and Ireland; William, Emperor of Germany; Huin-
bert, King of Itals; Alexander, Emperor of Russia; Osear, King of Sweden and Norway; Leopold, King of Belgium, Christian, King
of whom he is now a subject; and he also declares on oath, that he will support the Constitution of the United States of America.
