Alexander, Emperor of Russia; Oseary King of Sweden and Norway Leopold, King of Bolgium; Christinett, King
of Denmark;
of whom he is now a subject; and he also declares on oath, that he will support the Constitution of the United States of America.
Wherefore, the said applicant is hereby, by this Court, admitted and declared to be a citizen of the United States of
