June 23, 1923.
At a Court of Common Pleas held at New Haven, wi thin
and for the County of New Haven, on the 22nd day of June
1923, Hon. John R. Booth present, it having appeared to
the Court that on the 4th day of October 1904, Alfonso
Arminio, of New Haven, made application to said Court to
become a citizen of the United States, and that Alfonso Ar-
minio was duly admitted and declared to be a citizen of the
United States of America by said Court, but that through
mistake or inadvertence the proper and true name of the
said Alfonso Arminio was not entered upon the records of
the said Court; his name haveng been entered and a certi-
ficate issued to him under and by the name of Alfonso
Armerino, whereas his true name is Alfonso Arminio, Now
therefore, it is
Ordered, That the records of said Court be corrected
by inserting therein the proper name of the sai d Alfonso
Arminio, and that his old certificate bearing the name of
Alfonso Armerino be cancelled and taken up by said Court and
that a new certificate be issued to said Alfonso Arminio,
bearing the date of the old certificate, and that a true
copy of this order be certified on the certificate con-
tained in the Court records that was issued to him on the
said 4th day of October, 1904, by said Court.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
the seal of this Court at New Haven, this 23rd day of June,
1923.
