John Lovise being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at 325 8. moin Street, in murdin State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a Laborer that he is personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the past years ; that his occupation is that of Lobarco and that he resides No. Street, in midden that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the jurisdiction of the United States of America since april ch 899 and continuously within the State of april th Connecticut since s 1 899, and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such belief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the gov- ernment of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated of any the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled An Act to Regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3. 1903. 6th Sworn to before me this day of october 190 gian harese medium L armu CLERK. WITNESS Teofilo Deflorian being duly sworn, Itoly deposes and says, that he is the above-named applicant for admission as a citizen of the United States of America : that he was born on the 1st day of number in the year one thousand eight hundred and fifty num , and emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port of newyork in the State of newyork on or about the 2 mg day of april A. D. 1888. and that he now resides at No. Street, in the town of mindua that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years ; that he has resided continuously within the United States since april E 1 888 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since april 2. 1 1888, and that said applicant did before a Clerk of a Court of Common Law jurisdietion named in the said act of April 14, 1802, two years prior hereto declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance to every foreign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says: that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized govern- ment, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled " An Act Regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. to Sworn to before me this 6th day of october Medicide L. armin CLERK. 190 to obilo De flow are APPLICANT.
