Booth being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at 415 George Street, in new Haren State of Connectieut, and is by occupation a merchant that he is personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the past 12 years that his occupation is that of canvasser and that he resides at No. 268 Whithoup an Street, in new Haven that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the jurisdiction of the United States of America since December 1892 and continuously within the State of Connectient since december 1892 and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such belief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the gov- ernment of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled An Act to Regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3. 1903. Applicant further deposes and says: that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government. nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized govern- ment, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled " An Act to Regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. The above-named applicant having applied to be admitted a Citizen of the United States pursuant to the directions of the Act of Congress of the United States, entitled An Act to Establish an Uniform Rule of Naturalization," etc., passed April 14, 1802, and the of Acts subsequently passed on that subject, and to the directions of the Act of Congress entitled " An Act to Regulate the Immigration Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903, and appearing personally in Court, producing such evidence and affidavits and making such declarations and renunciations, and taking such oaths as are by the said Acts required, and it appearing to the Court that the said affidavits of the applicant and his witness were duly made and recorded, it is by the said Court that the said applicant be admitted to be a Citizen of the United States of America.
