Booth\nbeing duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at 415 George\nStreet, in\nnew Haren\nState of Connectieut, and is by occupation a merchant\nthat he is\npersonally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the\npast 12\nyears that his occupation is that of canvasser\nand that he resides at No. 268 Whithoup an\nStreet, in\nnew Haven\nthat he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and\nunder the jurisdiction of the United States of America since\nDecember\n1892 and continuously within the\nState of Connectient since\ndecember\n1892 and that during the said time of his residence within the United\nStates and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the\nUnited States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed or believes,\nthe\napplicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization\nentertaining or teaching such belief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity or\npropriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the gov-\nernment of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of\nthe provisions of the Act of Congress entitled An Act to Regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States,\" approved\nMarch 3. 1903.\nSuporn to befor me this\n12\nday of October\nEdum S.Pichett\nasst CLERK.\nBarry b Birth\n1004\nWITNESS.\nfor admission Ms a citizen of the United States of America : that he was bofn on the 19\nGenge E Loreday\nm England\nbeing duly sworn. depose and says, that he is the above-named applicant\nday of September\nin the\nyear A. D. one 891 yah thousand and eight that in hundred the he now State resides and of sisty new at No. you eight 268 methrop on or about an the Street, in 8 the City day of of at September new Haren\nand emigrated to the United States, landing the Port of Mar\nthat he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years : that he has resided continuously within the United\nStates\nsince\n891 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since September\nSeptember\n1891 and that said applicant did\nbefore a Clerk of a Court of Common Law jurisdiction named in the said act of April 14, 1802, two years prior hereto declare his\nintention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance to every foreign Prince, Potentate, State and\nSovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the\nidentical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says: that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized\ngovernment. nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all\norganized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer\nor officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized govern-\nment, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled \" An Act\nto\nRegulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States,\" approved March 3, 1903.\nSugarn to before me this\n12 day of October\nEdum S. Loreday\nTo be admitted a Citizen of the United States of America.\nThe above-named applicant having applied to be admitted a Citizen of the United States pursuant to the directions of the Act of\nCongress of the United States, entitled An Act to Establish an Uniform Rule of Naturalization,\" etc., passed April 14, 1802, and the\nof Acts subsequently passed on that subject, and to the directions of the Act of Congress entitled \" An Act to Regulate the Immigration\nAliens into the United States,\" approved March 3, 1903, and appearing personally in Court, producing such evidence and affidavits\nand making such declarations and renunciations, and taking such oaths as are by the said Acts required, and it appearing to the Court\nthat the said affidavits of the applicant and his witness were duly made and recorded, it is\nby the said Court that the said applicant be admitted to be a Citizen of the United States of America.\nEdum S.
