United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed or believes, the
applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization
entertaining or teaching snch belief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity or
propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the gov-
ernment of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of

Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the
identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says: that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized
government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all
organized goverument, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer
