D. 1904 APPLICATION OF Patnek Noonan To BE ADMITTED A CITIZEN OF THE John is Guffin Bx OCCUPATION A auguser UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at 304 Portsea Street, in New Haren State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a plater that he is personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the past Street, in New Haren 10 years ; that his occupation is that of engmeer and that he resides at No. 132 Carlisle that he personally knoys that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the jurisdiction of the United States of America since 1894 and that during the said time of his residence within the United February 1894 and continuously within the State of Connectient since February States and within the State, he has behavedVas a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such belief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the gov- ernment of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled An Act to Regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3. 1903. co Sporn to before me this Eduni I Pickett 24 day of October asst CLERK. 1904 John V gubbi Patnek Noonan WITNESS. being duly swgrn, deposes and says, that he is the above-named applicant for admission as a citizen of the United States of America ; that he was born on the m Ireland 16 day of march in the New year one yah thousand eight in hundred the State and of sisty new light york , and emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port of on or about the 6 A. D. 887 and that he now resides at No. 182 Carlisle day of October that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years ; that he has resided continuously within the United States since Street, in the City of new Haven Octoter 1887 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since October 1887 and that said applicant did before a Clerk of a Court of Common Law jurisdiction named in the said act of April 14, 1802, two years prior hereto declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance to every foreign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized or government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of officer officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized any ment, because of his or their official charaeter, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled " An govern- Act to Regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
