D. 1904 APPLICATION OF Bx OCCUPATION A latner To BE ADMITTED A CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. James H. Fetzmanure being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at 136 chesent Street, in new Haven State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a merchant that he is personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the 7 years ; his occupation is that of latour that past and that he resides at No. 21 Greene Street, in new Haven that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the jurisdiction of the United States of America since may 1897 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since may 1897 and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such belief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the gov- ernment of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled An Act to Regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. Michael Haurahan being duly swogn, deposes and says, that he is the above-named applicant for admission as a citizen of the United States of America : that he was in Ireland 10 day of December in the A Newy in the State of new you year one thousand eight hundred and seventy four and emigrated about to the the United 15 States. landing at the Port of on or A. D. 896, and that he now resides at No. 21 Greene day of august that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years ; that he has resided continuously within the United States since august Street, in the City of new Haren 1896, and continuously within the State of Connecticut since may 1897 and that said applicant did before a Clerk of a Court of Common Law jurisdiction named in the said act of coril 14, 1802, two years prior hereto declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance to every foreign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says: that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized govern- ment, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled An Act to Regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. IN THE MATTER OF APPLICATION Michael Haurahan To be admitted a Citizen of the United States of America. of The above-named applicant having applied to be admitted a Citizen of the United States pursuant to the directions of the Act of Congress of the United States, entitled An Act to Establish an Uniform Rule of Naturalization," etc., passed April 14, 1802, and the Acts subsequently passed on that subject, and to the directions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to Regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903, and appearing personally in Court, producing such evidence and affidavits and making such declarations and renunciations, and taking such oaths as are by the said Acts required, and it appearing to the Court that the said affidavits of the applicant. and his witness were duly made and recorded, it is by the said Court that the said applicant be admitted to be a Citizen of the United States of America.
