D. 1905\nAPPLICATION OF Surge Cappello\nBY OCCUPATION A latner\nTo BE ADMITTED A CITIZEN OF THE\nUNITED STATES OF AMERICA.\nFrancesco, Pascale\nbeing duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at 59 Hill\nStreet,\nin new Haven\nState of Connecticut, and is by occupation a lather\nthat he is\npersonally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the\npast 10\nyears ; his occupation is that of latner\nthat\nand that he resides at No. 2 2 Hamilton\nStreet,\nin heirHaven\nthat he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and\nunder the jurisdiction of the United States of America since\nmarch\n1895 and continuously within the\nState of Connecticut since\nmarch\n1895 and that during the said time of his residence within the United\nStates and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the\nUnited States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed or believes, the\napplicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization\nentertaining or teaching such belief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity\nor\npropriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the gov-\nernment of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of\nthe provisions of the Act of Congress entitled An Act to Regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States,\" approved\nMarch 3, 1903.\nSworn to before this\n24\nday of march\nEdum Pickett\nasst CLERK.\nWITNESS.\nSurgi Cappello\nbeing duly avorn. deposes and says, that hois the above-named applicant\nfor admission as a citizen of the United States of America ; that he was born-on/the\nin Italif\n8\nday of February\nin the\nyear one thousand eight hundred and fifty four\n,\nand emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port of clow\nyou 890 and that in he the now State resides of new at No. yoh 22\non or about the\n25\nday of march\nA.\nD. Hamultai\nthat he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years ; that he has resided continuously within the United States since march\nStreet, in the City of newtaren\n890 and continuously within the State of Connectient since march\n1890, and that said applicant did\nbefore a Clerk of a Court of Common Law jurisdietion named in the said act of April 14, 1802, two years prior hereto declare his\nintention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance to every foreign Prince, Potentate, State and\nSovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the\nidentical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized\ngovernment, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all\norganized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer\nor officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized govern-\nment, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled An Act to\nRegulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States,\" approved March 3, 1903.\nEdmu Sworn to before J. me Pichett this 24 day of asst march CLERK.\n1905 his cynylla APPLICANT.\nThe foregoing are true copies of the affidavits made upon the foregoing application and entered of record and filed in this Court.\nAttest, Edmi S. Pricett\nasst CLERK.\nLuis oagyello\nAt a Stated Term of the Court of Common Pleas, held in and for the County of New Haven, at the Court House in the City of\nNew 24 day of march\nHaven, on the\none thousand nine hundred and fire\nPresent The Honorable games Bishop\nJUDGE.\nIN THE MATTER OF APPLICATION\nof Surgi Cappello\nTo be admitted a Citizen of the United States of America.\nThe above-named applicant having applied to be admitted a Citizen of the United States pursuant to the directions of the Act of\nCongress of the United States, entitled An Act to Establish an Uniform Rule of Naturalization,\" etc., passed April 14, 1802, and the\nActs subsequently passed on that subject, and to the directions of the Act of Congress entitled \" An Act to Regulate the Immigration\nof Aliens into the United States,\" approved March 3, 1903, and appearing personally in Court, producing such evidence and affidavits\nand making such declarations and renunciations, and taking such oaths as are by the said Acts required, and it appearing to the Court\nthat the said affidavits of the applicant and his witness were duly made and recorded, it\nis\nOxdexed by the said Court that the said applicant be admitted to be a Citizen of the United States of America.\nEdum Pichett\nasst CLERK."
