Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the
identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says: that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized
government, nor is be a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all
organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer
