D. 1905 the APPLICATION OF Bene Ruten BY OCCUPATION A tanlin To BE ADMITTED A CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERIC wolf bery being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at 56 White qointheth Street, in new Haren State of Connectieut, and is by occupation a miterpreter that he is personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him 6 years; that his occupation is that of tarlin for the past Street, in new Haren and that he resides at No. 56 Mate that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits under the jurisdiction of the United States of America since november and 1899 State of Connectient since november 1899 and that during the said time of his residence within the and continuously within the States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution United of applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any believes, the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed or the entertaining or teaching such belief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, organization propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, necessity of the or ernment of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated gov- of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled An Act to Regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved any March 3. 1903. Bene Ruten Woolf berry WITNESS. being in duk sworn, deposes and says, that he is the above-named applicant for admission as a citizen of the United States of America : that he was born on the 27 Anna day of and emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port of June in the New york in the State of New york year one thousapd eight hundred and serenty four on or about the 5 A. D. 1898. and that he now resides at No. 56 White day of September that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years ; that he has resided continuously Street, within the in the United City States since September ; 1898, and continnously within the State of Connecticut since September 1898 and that said applicant did before a Clerk of a Court of Common Law jurisdiction named in the said act of April 14, 1802, two years prior hereto declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance to every foreign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says : that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all or organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized govern- ment, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled An Act Regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. to Sworn to before me Edumi S. The above-named applicant having applied to be admitted a Citizen of the United States to the directions of the Act of Acts Congress of the United States, entitled An Act to Establish an Uniform Rule of Naturalization," pursuant etc., passed April 14, 1802, and the Aliens subsequently into the United passed on that subject, and to the directions of the Act of Congress entitled An Act to Regulate the Immigration and of making such declarations States," and approved renunciations, March and 3, 1903, taking and such appearing oaths as personally are by the said in Court, Acts required, producing and such it appearing evidence and to the affidavits Court that the said affidavits of the applicant and his witness were duly made and recorded, it is Ordered by the said Court that the said applicant be admitted to be a Citizen of the United States of America.
