Hels Seonard Street, in new Haven being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at 43 Greene State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a latare that he is personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission citizenship of United States, and has known him for the to the said past 10 years : that his occupation is that of latorer Street, in new Haven and that he resides at No3 4 Greene that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits under the jurisdiction of the United States of America since March 896 and September and continuously within the State of Connecticut since 903 and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed or believes, applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization the entertaining or teaching such belief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity propriety of the unlawful assanlting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the or ernment of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated gov- of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled " An Act to Regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved any March 3, 1903.
