Surgh Gandro being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at 130 Hamilton Street, in new Haven State of Connectient, and is by occupation a shre maher that he is personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the past 9 years that his occupation is that of latner : and that he resides at Desmell an Street, in new Haven that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the jurisdiction of the United States of America since June 1897 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since States and within the State, he has /behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the June 1897 and that during the said time of his residence within the United United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such belief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the gov- ernment of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled " An Act to Regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. D. 896 and that he now resides at No. 12 Lennell an Street, in the City newtharen that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years ; that he has resided continuously within the United States-since april 1896, and continuously within the State of Connecticut since april 1896 and that said applicant did before a Clerk of a Court of Common Law jurisdiction named in the said act of April 14, 1802, two years prior hereto declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance to every foreign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical named therein.
