D. 1904 David tumbing APPLICATION OF To BE ADMITTED A CITIZEN OF THE BY OCCUPATION A Lala Foilar UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. polomon buty being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at 7 Rose State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a Piddle Street, in new that heis personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the 10 years that his occupation is that of Tailor and that he resides at No. 29 Oak past Street, in sun atman that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the jurisdiction of the United States of America since april 1894, and continuously within the State of Connecticut since april 1894 and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed or believes, the does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization applicant entertaining or teaching such belief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity or of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the gov- ernment propriety of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled An Act to Regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3. 1903. D. 3. and that he now resides at No. 29 Oak Street, in the beity of new Horm that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years ; that he has resided continuously within the United States since september 14 1 89. 3, and continuously within the State of Connecticut since september 14th 1894 and that said applicant did before a Clerk of a Court of Common Law jurisdiction named in the sald act of April 14, 1802, two years prior hereto declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance to every foreign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein.
