born in nine England years, and on oath did

that it was fide his intention to become a CITIZEN OF
THE UNITED STATES, and to renounce for ever all allegiance and fidelity to every foreign Prince,
Potentate, State, and Sovereignty whatever and particularly to Victoria queen
of the Airited hingdom of Gual Butain
Ineland
of
whom he is now a subject.-IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I lee
Clerk of said Court, have hereunto set my hand and the seal of said Court, the day and year aforesaid.
