it was bona fide his intention to reside
of America and to renouncer founer all al
in and become a citizina of the United diates

and particularly to beling of the United
Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland
that his said declaration and
whose outpect he had theretofore been intention and
did thereupon become matter of record
and provided - and the daid Eaved did
agreeably agreeable to the law in such cade made
then and there also report himself the
record Clerk of daid Court according to law,which
the said Writtian Eave has here in
Court:- and this Courtfurther finds that
during the whole time that the Raid
William Eaves has resided in the United
States as ae refored he has behaved and
