D. 1850.\nJorael Relearner The Hasen mind Commly\nBE IT REMEMBERED, That on the\nday of December\nin said year\nappeared before said Court, the same being a Court of Record, with Common Law Jurisdiction, a Clerk and a Seal, and made\napplication to said Court to become a Citizen of the United States: And upon examination first had, it being made to appear,\nand this to\nCourt having found their satisfaction that the said Israel Pleanee\nis a free white male\nperson of lawful age, an alien and a subject of Viotoria, Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Iroland,\nLuining thing\nthat he is now of the age of\nyears, that he was born in Bauaria\nin said\nKingdom, that he has resided in the United States constantly for more than five years last past, and in said State of Connecti-\nout for more than one year last past, and that he has during all said time behaved himself as a good citizen, has a good moral\ncharacter, and is attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States, and well disposed to the good order and\nhappiness of the same. It also appearing to this Court that said Locacl Releiver\ndid, pursuant\nto\nthe laws of the United States, appear before the Country Common Plead\nCourt within and for thebityand County york\non the\n20\nday of June\nA. D. 1847 the same being a Court of Record with Common Law Jurisdiction, a Clerk and a Seal, and on Oath did declare\nthat it was bona fide his intention to become a citizen of the United States, and to renounce all allegiance and fidelity forever\nto every foreign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty whatever, and particularly to Viotoria, Queen of the United Kingdom\nof\nGreat Britain and Iroland, Luding thing of Baooria\nas by the Records of said Court appear. And the said Israel Pleinar\nnow here\nin this Court declares on Oath, that he doth absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to every for-\neign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty whatever, and particularly to Victorio, Queen of the United Kingdom of Great\nBritein and kreland,\nLuding thing\nof whom he is now a subject, and he also declares on Oath, that he will support the Constitution of the United States of Amer-\nica. Wherefore the said Isaal Illience\nis hereby, by this Court, admitted and declared\nto be a Citizen of the United States of America.\nSTATE OF CONNECTIOUT,\nss.\nCOUNTY OF NEW HAVEN:\nBE IT REMEMBERED, That on the\n28th\nbefore the me Menry G. Swin Clink Court, within and for said County, having Common Law Jurisdiction, with a Clerk and\nCountry\nday of March\nA. D. 1800\n,\na\nSeal, personally appeared,\nDaniel Brackway\nof Derly\nin said County, who was born in\nIreland\naged about\n3/\nyears, and on Oath did declare that it was bona fide his intention to become a\nOITIZEN OF THE U NITED STATES and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to every foreign\nPrince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty whatever-and particularly to Victoria, Queen of the United Kingdom of Great\nBritain and Ireland,\nof whom he is now a subject.\nIn Testimony Whereof, I,\n16 my h.
