BE IT REMEMBERED, That on the

in said year
appeared before said Court, the same being a Court of Record, with Common Law Jurisdiction, a Clerk and a Seal, and made
application to said Court to become a Citizen of the United States: And upon examination first had, it being made to appear,
and this to
Court having found their satisfaction that the said Israel Pleanee
is a free white male
person of lawful age, an alien and a subject of Viotoria, Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Iroland,
Luining thing
that he is now of the age of
years, that he was born in Bauaria
in said
Kingdom, that he has resided in the United States constantly for more than five years last past, and in said State of Connecti-
out for more than one year last past, and that he has during all said time behaved himself as a good citizen, has a good moral
character, and is attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States, and well disposed to the good order and
happiness of the same. It also appearing to this Court that said Locacl Releiver
did, pursuant
to
the laws of the United States, appear before the Country Common Plead
Court within and for thebityand County york
on the

day of June
A. D. 1847 the same being a Court of Record with Common Law Jurisdiction, a Clerk and a Seal, and on Oath did declare
that it was bona fide his intention to become a citizen of the United States, and to renounce all allegiance and fidelity forever
to every foreign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty whatever, and particularly to Viotoria, Queen of the United Kingdom
of
Great Britain and Iroland, Luding thing of Baooria
as by the Records of said Court appear. And the said Israel Pleinar
now here
in this Court declares on Oath, that he doth absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to every for-
eign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty whatever, and particularly to Victorio, Queen of the United Kingdom of Great
Britein and kreland,
Luding thing
of whom he is now a subject, and he also declares on Oath, that he will support the Constitution of the United States of Amer-
ica. Wherefore the said Isaal Illience
is hereby, by this Court, admitted and declared
to be a Citizen of the United States of America.
