D. 185/.\nBE IT REMEMBERED, That on the\n5th\nday\nof April\nNeCare effreed Naoera in aaid county\nin said year Bayan\nappeared before said Court, the same being a Court of Record, with Common Law Jurisdiction, a Clerkrand a Seal, and made\napplication to said Court to become a Citizen of the United States: And upon examination first had, it being made to appear,\nand this Court having found to their satisfaction that the said Beganellilabe is\na\nfree\nwhite\nmale\nperson of lawful age, an alien and a subject of Victoria, Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland,\nthat he is now of the age of\n29\nyears, that he was born in Ireland\nin said\nKingdom, that he has resided in the United States constantly for more than five years last past, and in said State of Connecti-\ncut for more than one year last past, and that he has during all said time behaved himself as a good citizen, has a good moral\ncharacter, and is attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States, and well disposed to the good order and\nhappiness of the same. It also appearing to this Court that said Began Mecabe did,\npursuant\nto\nthe\nlaws of the United States, appear before the Hantyly Leusir\nCourt within and for the City of new on the 30\nday of April\nA. D. 184 8. the same being a Court of Record with Common Law Jurisdiction, a Clerk and a Seal, and on Oath did declare\nthat it was bona fide his intention to become a citizen of the United States, and to renounce all allegiance and fidelity forever\nto every foreign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty whatever, and particularly to Victoria, Queen of the United Kingdom\nof Great Britain and Ireland,\nas by the Records of said Court appear. And the said Bryane Mc labe\nnow here\nin this Court declares on Oath, that he doth absolutely and enticely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to every for-\neign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty whatever, and particularly to Victoria, Queen of the United Kingdom of Great\nBritain and Ireland,\nof whom he is now a subject, and he also declares on Oath, that he will support the Constitution of the United States of Amer-\nica.\nWherefore the said BeyandMCabe\nis hereby, by this Court, admitted and declared\nto be a Citizen of the United States of America.\nSTATK OF CONNICTIOUT,\n}\nss.\nCOUNTY OF NEW HAVEN:\nBE IT REMEMBERED, That on the shifth\nday of hosember\nA. D. 1850\nbefore thet superior\nCourt, within and for said County, having Common Law Jurisdiction, with a Clerk and a\nSeal, personally appeared, August Germich\nof new Haven\nin said County, who was born in germing\naged about\n27\nyears, and on Oath did declare that it was bona fide his intention to become a\nOINIZIEN OF THES 0 NITED STATES and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to every foreign\nPrince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty whatever-and particularly to Viotoria, Queen of the United Kingdom of Groat\nBritain and Ireland,\nyederisklee\nbeing of freene\nof whom he is now a subject.\nIn Testimony Whereof, I, Robtic.Deborm\nClerk of said Court, have hereunto set my\nhand and the Seal of said Court, the day and year aforesaid.\nClerk."
