Clerk and a Seal, and made application to said Court, to become a citizen of the United States: And upon examina-
tion first had, it being made to appear, and this Court having found to their satisfaction, that the said applicant is a
free white male person of lawful age, an alien, and a subject of Vietoria, Queen
