D. 1872\nBE IT REMEMBERED, That on the 15th\nday of October in said\nyear,\nof New Yhoven\nin said county, appeared before said Court, the same being a Court of Record, with common Law Jurisdiction,\nClerk and a Seal, and made application to said Court, to become a citizen of the United States: And upon examina-\na\nfree white male person of lawful age, an alien, and a subject of Viotoria, Queen\ntion first had, it being made to appear, and this Court having found to their satisfaction, that the said applicant is\na\nborn in Germany\nof Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, that he is now of the age of 47\nyears ; that he was\nconstantly for more than five years last past, and in said State of Connecticut for more than one year last\nin said Kingdom ; that he has resided in the United States\nthat he has during all said time behaved himself as a good citizen, has a good moral character, and is attached past, and\nprinciples of the Constitution of the United States, and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the to the\nIt also appearing to this Court, that said applicant did, pursuant to the laws of the United States, same.\nCourt\ndid within and for nistin the any of the Ibimited States and hoursedly appear elchanged before the\non the 24th day of September A.
