Citizens of the United Piates, and residents of monet
being duly swern, say that they are well acquainted with the
above named applicant, and that the said applicant has resided
within the United Ptates for the continuous term of fine
years immediately preceding the to =11 day of Delobu 1886
and in the Ptate of Connectiont for the term of fine
years
immediately preceding the 20-10 day of October 1886
and that during that time he beharved as a man of good moral
character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United
Piates, and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the
same.
And the said deponsent further say that the said applicant
came to the United states while he ways a minor under the age of
18 years, and is rogre more than 21 years of age.
