to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to every foreign Prince, State,

the United Kingdom of Groat Britain and Ircland,
whose has heretofore been. He therefore
subject he prays, that his said Declaraz
tion and Intention may become a record of said Court, agreeably to the laws in
such case made and provided.
Whereupon the Declaration of the said Petitioner is admitted to become a record
of said Court accordingly.
In testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my
hand and affixed the seal of said Court at Boston, in
said District, the day and year first above written,
and in the one hundred and 16 year
of
the Independence of the United States of America.
