Place of Birth, Bat les, State of Connecticut, highly COUNTY OF NEW LONDON, Decutt cleared Damil can Citizens of the United States, and of residents NL. being duly sworn, say that (he ? - well acquainted with the above named applicant, and that the said applicant has resided within the United States for the continuous term of 10 years immediately preceding the on day of art 18 96 and in the State of Connecticut for the term of 10 years immediately preceding the day of art 1896 and that during that time he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States, and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same.
