Citizens of the United Piates, and residents of numed
being duly swern, say thatterey am well acquainted with the
above named applicant, and that the said applicant has resided
within the United Ptates for the continueus term of fine
years immediately preceding the do if day of Celolen 1886
and in the State of Connectiont for the term of fine years
immediately preceding the 20 day of October 1886
and that during that time he behaved as a man of good moral
character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United
Piates, and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the
same.
And the said deponent S further say , that the said applicant
came to the United Plates while he was a minor, under the age of
18 years, and that he is now more than 21 years of age.
