Place of Birth State of Connecticut, COUNTY OF NEW LONDON, } Patrick Mead George Henry Citizens of the United Plates, and residents of sew London termecticent being duly swern, say that they are acquainted well with the above named applicant, and that the said applicant has resided within the United Ptates for the coptinuous term of air years immediately preceding the first day of October 1880 and in the Siate of Connecticagt for the term of eist years immediately preceding the first day of October 1880. and that during that time he behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United Ptates, and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. And the said deponent further say , that the sard applicant came to the United Ptates while he was a minor, under the age of 18 years, and that he is now more than 21 years of a.g.
