October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty form

Be it Remembered, That Isaad Hanson
age 42.
of Stenington in the County of new Lunda
but late of the Kingdom of Great Britain theland appeared before
the Court of Common Pleas for said County of New London, at new handar
in said County, on the
18.
day of October in the year
of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty four , the said Court being a
Court of Record, having Common Law jurisdietion and a Clerk and Seal, and declared on
oath that it was bona fide his intention to become a citizen of the United States, and to
renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to any Foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or
Sovereignty, whatever, and particularly to the Government of Great Britain
and heland
State of Connecticut, County of New London, SS.
I, CHARLES W. BUTLER, Clerk of the Court of Common
Pleas for said County of New London, do hereby certify
that the foregoing is a true copy of Record.
