The shid Court being a Court of Record, having Common Law Jurisdiction and a Clerk and
Seal, and declared on Oath that it was bona fide his intention to become a Citizen of the United
States, and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to every Foreign Prince, Potentate,
State, O7 Sovereignty whatever, and particularly to the Government of fictoria, Queen of Great
Britain and
Ireland William III impure of Junaing
