of Walufard
in the County of New London, but late of the
Kingdom of Great Britain
and Iroland torway and surden
appeared before the Court of Common Pleas for said County of New London, at Norwich, New
London, in said County, on the 25th day of October
in the year
of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety foun the said Court being a Court
of Record, having common Law Jurisdiction, and a Clerk and Seal, and declared on oath that
it was bona fide his intention to become a citizen of the United States, and to renounce forever
all allegiance and fidelity to any Foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty, whatever,
and particularly
to the of Government touray of Victoria, and Queen of Durden Great Britain and Ireland, Oscar II King
