COUNTY OF NEW LONDON.
Hilliam belluss
Citizens of the United States and residents of slownglow comment
being duly swain, say thatthey one well acquainted with the
above named applicant, and that the said applicant has resided
within the Visited States for the continuous term often
years immediately preceding the fees day of Act 18 80
and in the State of Connecticy for the term of lein years
immediately preceding the first day of Oct 1880
and that during that time he behaved as a man of good moral
character, attached to the principles of the Canstitution of the
Venited States, and well disposed to the good order and happine
ness of the same And the said depanent further say, that
the said applicant came to the Monited States while he was a
minoi, under the age of 18 years, and that he is name more than
21 years of ages
