Citigens of the United States, and residents of
being duly sworn, say that they acquainted with the above named
applicant, and that the said applicant has resided within the United States for the
continuous term of
years immediately preceding the 20 the
day of
1898, and in the State of Connecticut for the term
of any years immediately preceding the 20 to day of Octo 189 8
and that during that time he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached
to the principles of the Constitution of the United States, and well disposed to the good
order and happiness of the same.
And the said deponent further say , that the said applicant came to the United
States while he was a minor, under the age of is years, and that be is now more than
21 years of age.
