Citizens of the united Siates, and residents of Norwich
being duly sworn, say that The are well acquainted with the
above named applicant, and that the said applicant has resided
within the United Piates for the continuous term of
five
years immediately preceding the 26 day of ocr 1888
and in the Ptate of Connectiont for the term of our years
immediately preceding the 2 6 day of ocr
1888
and that during that time he behared as a man of good moral
character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United
States, and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the
same.
And the said deponent S further say , that the said applicant
came to the United Piates while he was a minor, under the age of
18 years, and that he is now more than 21 years of age.
