being duly sworn, say that they are well acquainted with the above named
applicant, and that the said applicant has resided within the United States for the
continuous term of

years immediately preceding the 19

1888 and in the State of Connecticut for the term
of

years immediately preceding the 19 day of Oct. 18 88
and that during that time he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the
principles of the Constitution of the United States, and well disposed to the good order and
happiness of the same.
And the said deponent further say , that the svid applicant came to the United
States while he was a minor, under the age of 18 years, and that he is now more than
21 years of age.
