IN THE MATTER OF Age 32 Harry Application to become Johnsty a citizen of the Rusnia Place of birth Date of birth Aft : 1871 United States. Residence Grotai The said applicant being duly sworn, deposes and says :--that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years: that he has resided continuously within the United States for the term of 8 years, and continuously in the State of Connecticut for the term of 5 years ; that he has during all said time behaved himself as a good citizen, has a good moral character, and is attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States, and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same; that he did declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to every Foreign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by certified copy of declaration here produced and on file. And said applicant says that he is the identical person named therein. Said applicant further deposes and says :-that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized govern- ment, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. Subscribed and sworn to before me, OCT 3 1903 Hary Sepultz Applicant. Clerk. Human Bugman dismingham being duly sworn deposes and says that he is a citizen of the United States ; that he is personally acodainted with the above named applicant, and that he personally knows that said applicant has resided within the United States for the continuous term of 6 years, and continuously in the State of Connecticut for the term of 6 years; and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within said State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same.
