IN THE MATTER OF 31 Morris Rosenslein Age Runin Place of birth Application to become a citizen of the Date of birth augn (82) United States. Residence how London The said applicant being duly sworn, deposes and says --that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years ; that he has resided continuously within the United States for the required term of one year, and continuously in the State of Connecticut for the term of 7 years ; that on the 9 day of Jan 1895 , he enlisted in the armies of the United States and thereafter on the 9 day of dr 1898 , was honorably discharged therefrom, as appears from said discharge papers produced in Court. Said applicant further deposes and says --that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized govern- ment, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled " An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, I903. Subscribed and sworn to before me, mana Assession OCT 24 1904 Johnlabenia Applicant. Clerk. we I Comm of New Londan being duly sworn deposes and says -that he is a citizen of the United States that he is personally acquainted with the above named applicant, and that he personally knows that said applicant has resided within the United States for the required term of one year, and continuously in the State of Connecticut* for the term of 2, years; and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within said State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled " An Act to regulate the Immi- gration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
