Dear General:
I am a member of the National Investigations
Committee on Aerial Phenomena (NICAP), headquarters
Washington, D.C., and would greatly appreciate your
answering the following questions:
1- Do you believe the unidentified flying
objects currently being seen in our skies to be un-
known superior machines under intelligent control?
2- If your answer to question #1 is in the
positive, do you believe the UFOs to be extrater-
restrial vehicles?
3- Do you believe the United States Air
Force is conducting a policy of secrecy and censor-
ship in regard to UFOs?
4- Do you support NICAP in its fight to
persuade Congress to conduct an impartial open in-
vestigation into the UFO problem?
5- If your answer to question #3 is in the
positive, do you consider such a policy to be justi-
fied?
