I appreciate very much youx calling my special
attention to the Supreme Court's invitation to

the Attorney General to file a brief or submit
argument in the so=called school segregation

cases. I know that this matter is having the

and that he will join with me in expressing ap-
preciation to you for giving us your views.
At the present time the study of the lav, pur-
suant to the Supreme Court's invitation, has
not yet been completed.
