NOTE:
If the Ganadian Government ahould auggest, by chanee,
that wueen Blizabeth and Pringe Philip accompany the
President and Mra. Wisenhower from Hontreal to the Snell-
Bisenhower Looks, the program would remain virtually the
same except it would have to be determined where the
President and Nrs. Bisenhower would take leave of queen
Klinabeth und Prince Philip, probably after the short
geremonies at the Power Dat. This arrangement would, how-
ever, raise many of the funding and logistical problems
referred to in the first paragraph of the Memorandum.
