    "ocrText": "SECRET\n-6-\n12, Our\nWe should use the Summit to manifest that\nPosture.\nconfidence- to Khrushchev, and, over his head,\nto our own peoples and the world as a whole.\nWe should stress that the future belongs to\ngovernments and ideologies firmly based on the\nprinciple of self-determination, and spell out what\nthis principle means for the future of Germany,\nEastern Europe and all enslaved peoples\nThe OWHERD\nWe should make clear that we welcome the\nintensified peaceful competition with Communism\nwhich lies ahead,\nWe should call on free peoples everywhere to\nmount the increased effort that this competition will\nrequire.\nIf we can use the Summit thus to mobilize\nthe moral and physical energies of the free world\nfor the coming serious economic and ideological\nstruggle. This alone will have made the Summit\nworth while.\nOur Fourth Purpose\nSECRET"
