OF THE UNITED ARMY PLURIBUS UNUM STATES In all Juhom it may concern: Know 2fe, That Ralph R Allison, a Corporal of Troop "D" of the Fourth Regiment of bavalry , who was enlisted at Wheeling West Virginia on the twenty-minthday winthday of June , one thousand nine hundred and five , , to serve three years, is hereby Honorably Discharged from the Army of the United States by reason of expiration of term of service Said RalphR Allison was born in Mechanicstown in the State of Ohio , and when enlisted was 2/3/12 years ofage, by occupation a farmer , had blue #10 eyes, It bro. hair, fair complexion, and was 5 feet 8 inches in height. Given under my hand at Fort meade South Wakota , this 28th day of June , one thousand Jackett nine hundred and eight major 4-bavalry Commanding Squadron GHARAGTER.
